By submitting a visit request, you confirm that the information you provide (name, company, phone, email, and reason for visit) is accurate, and you consent to it being used solely to schedule and manage your visit with Dr. Afaf Fatani.

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Visits are accepted or declined at Dr. Afaf Fatani's discretion based on availability.

Any file you attach (e.g. a brochure or product photo) must be one you have the right to share, must not exceed 5MB, and should only contain professional/product-related material relevant to your visit.

Please arrive on time for accepted visits and be respectful of clinic staff and other visitors. Repeated no-shows, last-minute rescheduling, or disruptive conduct may affect future requests being accepted.

Your contact details are kept only for the purpose of managing visit requests and are not shared with third parties.
